I ordered 2 pizzas and the inexperienced guy who took my order said it would be $38.75. Got off the phone and checked my card and it said $46.74 so I called them back and he said it would take 2-3 to get my money back! So obviously I caught them trying to take their tip since I asked for delivery. Now I see why they are going out of business.
horrible service. Tried to call and place an order for delivery was left on hold for over 10 minutes then they picked up at 8:02 and told they stop delivering at 8

I can not say enough about their food and service.... just walked out of the Pizza Inn in Italy Texas. It was the best experience I've ever had at a Pizza Inn ever. The service was amazing the customer service was above and beyond they were friendly and the food is great! Best pizza I've ever had hands down I would not have believed it if I wouldn't have experienced it... for that matter so is the subway in italy!!
